J&rsquo;ai mentionn\u00e9 le hachis parmentier et Riaz n&rsquo;en avait jamais entendu parler. J&rsquo;ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;en cuisiner un (en version hallal) pour lui et le reste du labo. Le hachis parmentier est du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 marin\u00e9 avec des carottes, des tomates et des oignons, recouvert d&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre cr\u00e9meuse.
