J\u2019ai mentionn\u00e9 le hachis parmentier et Riaz n\u2019en avait jamais entendu parler. J\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019en cuisiner un (en version hallal) pour lui et le reste du labo. Le hachis parmentier est du b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 marin\u00e9 avec des carottes, des tomates et des oignons, recouvert d\u2019une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre cr\u00e9meuse.
