University of the Third Age (UTA)
There is no age to attend University… even at 50, 60 or 70! The University of the Third Age (UTA) enables people aged 50 and over to continue their education and learn throughout their lives. The UTA covers 11 regions of Québec and nearly 50 cities including the city of Sherbrooke. Last year, UTA got 22,000 registrations across Québec!
UTA recently contacted me to give a lecture at the Center for Research on Aging (CdRV). I accepted with pleasure! Yesterday, I gave a 2-hour lecture to my 42 “students” on stem cells, biomedical research and regenerative medicine. I have never had so many questions from students! 😉
